I recieved a wrong product so I returned it. When the pickup boy came, he was very rude and didn't come to my doorstep, I have to go to the corner of road. He picked up my order and told me that he'll approve it in sometime. My order hasn't been approved yet. When I lodge a complain meesho executive told me to wait for few days and now I got a mail that due to no pickup slip ,i won't receive my refund. The delivery boy didn't give me any pick up slip. Earlier also never ever anyone has given pickup slip. So I didn't know about it. This a cheating , I have screenshot of call logs of the delivery boy .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
