Lalit Singh filed complaint against Travlook on Apr 13, 2022
I booked a ticket on ** Jan ****, from delhi to Aizawl with reference No-********* but the flight was cancelled by Travlook and now up to till date I haven't got my money back yet, everyday they say it will be retuen with in a week. The ticket was booked in name of Lalit Singh and Rakesh Sharma.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
