Travlook - Refund not given

I tried booking a flight ticket through travlook website on March * from Visakhapatnam to Delhi, amout got deducted but due to sudden increase in airline fare my booking got cancelled. On the same day, I got an email from Travlook mentioning that I will be getting my refund in * working days.
But I didn't receive my money back. Then I called the customer support number of travlook they said you will be getting refund in *-* days. I didn't get my money. Then I called them again, they again told the same store - everything clear from our side and you will be getting refund in *-* days. This process of calling them and waiting for *-* days happened * times, it's been apporx ** days till now I didn't get my money back.
Infact after *-* interactions, after asking for all the details from me like reference number and complaint ID, sometimes they put my call on hold for long time and sometimes they simply disconnected the call. It's been too tough and long to connect with them, we need to wait for more than ,** mins inline, even then also they either cut my call or simply put it on hold after hearing all the details.

Please take a strict action on these type of agencies and make sure this doesn't happen to others.
