Colive Barwon - Refund Issue

I was staying in Colive Barwon (Garvebhavi Palya, Bangalore) for * months. I checked out from that PG on **.**.****. They said they will refund their deposit amount in ** Business days! But till date (**.**.****) I didn't get any refund amount credited to my account. I have been trying calling them past * & half months. i didn't get any response from them and their customer care staffs are very rude. I have been raising ticket in their app for past * months. I'm getting the same reply whenever I apply for service request. I feel like I got scammed and I browsed over the Colive reviews. Not only me a lot of people mentioned that their money have not been given back for * months, ** months. still they are facing this issue. Please help me get my money back.
