PNR-**********,date of journey was **th Nov ,train number-*****.This ticket was in waiting list of * passengers.after making of chart of it got confirmation of only one passengers,else three were in wait list.due to netwrok connectivity i did not file TDR on same day.filing of TDR is done on next day,which was rejected as per thier clasue.i was with family and i have to take the bus ticket from gandhinagar to mumbai.which agauin was very hectic travel due to last minute booking.i have requested IRCTC to refund my money of atleast of waiting list tickets,but they are denying.kindly help to get my money back
