I had enrolled my child and after * month also, no revert, only multiple tickets raised, not even single call from anyone or customer service
Lido service and customer handling is most pathetic. They chased us, called us multiple times, when they wanted us to join. Now all disappeared but now when there was quality issue, promises issues, etc, just disappeared, not taking our calls, raising multiple tickets and no solution, and only leftover is your BOT. *. Lido has harassed us, tortured us and left with financial loss and crisis in covid
I have applied for refund on **th July and today is **th August...** days but I have not received any communication or refund from you. There is no one where we can speak and just a whatsapp BOT which has standard replies.
I have several times emailed Lido ceo sahil Sheth as well but no revert from him or any one is this the way you handle customers.
I want my money asap.
Attached is the email sent to the ceo sahil Sheth on **th July....no response whatsoever.....looting parents money.
