I booked a flight ticket through happy easy go on ** January **** from Hyderabad to Delhi with GoAir. While booking the ticket it was showing refundable and still, it is showing like that. But now I want to cancel my ticket and now the customer support and website is showing you will not get any amount of refund. Then what is the meaning of this refund? I want my amount because they are showing that his ticket is refundable.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
