I ordered some supplements from GNC INDIA app for **** RUPEES which i prepaid through GOOGLE PAY on *th of October **** and they made so much delay in sending me the product so I cancelled the order on *th of October **** and I asked asked for a refund from GNC INDIA and they said me that within *-* working days I will get refunded with my money on my source account but till date it has been ** days since i requested a refund and i didnt receive my money back and they keep on asking for a week more to process my refund so I am suspect there is no proper and professional response from the GNC team and they claim that they have refunded my money but you can see my bank statement that i didnt receive my money. I request the respected team to review my complaint and help me with necessary please.
