I placed an order on the **th of July, but I did not receive any updates about it. After calling multiple times, I learned from your agent that only the fish oil was unavailable. The agent then asked me to modify the order, which I did on August *st.
Despite this, I have still not received any updates about my order. When I called on August *th, I was informed that the whey protein was also out of stock and that I should expect a dispatch within *-* days once it became available. However, when I called today, I was told that the whey protein is still not in stock.
I have two main concerns:
On August *st, your agent informed me that only the fish oil was unavailable and asked me to modify my order, assuring me that the rest would be dispatched. Why is it now that the whey protein is also unavailable? I have screenshots and recordings of these conversations for reference.
If your warehouse does not have the stock available, why the company still accepting orders?
