Smitha filed complaint against Panash India on Sep 17, 2022
I bought a lehenga from panash india. Quality of the product was not satisfying , so i had returned , but the refund was not credited to my account. Instead as store credit. I am not planning to buy again from panash india as the quality is not upto the expectations , so I need the money credited to my account rather than store credit. They are hesitating to do this. They are unlawfully keeping my hard earned money and forcing me to purchase from them . Its my choice as to whom I should purchase clothes from.
