Panash India - Package not processed after 15 days

I have not been shipped * items as yet, could you help me with this order.
As it is beyond ** days now and it said ** days but I am having no luck as the order has still not been processed, could you please help as I need it urgently now.
The order was made on the **th of November ****.
My order number is #PN******* it is the * items of mens indowestern attire.
for your reference the item discriptions and numbers are

The support email, customer service and wassapp haven't responded at all it's been more than * days now. The phone number is not reachable and I am stressed ATM as I would need it urgently as the first function is on the **th of this month.
Please if you could update me on this.
