Myntra - Refund is pending

I bought a roadster jeans from Myntra, I didn't liked it and so created a return, after I handed it over to curior boy , return is declined. when I contacted customer executive about it he raised a complaint and told me to wait for ** hours, now its been ** days and I am still waiting for an update, whenever I contact them all they do is tell me to wait for ** hours.
