My package was delivered on **th March and I returned it back on **th March. The product was picked up either on **th or on **th march. Since then i haven't recieved the refund yet and i have chat with them a lot on WhatsApp about the issue so they have texted me with the same reply multiple times that i will receive a bank form within ** hours and now the time has exceeded. I have received nothing
