I ordered * products from Savana and prepaid for my order. Then, I cancelled * of the products due to size issues. However, Savana is showing that the money has been credited to my account, but I haven't received the amount. They don't have a customer support number, and I don't know what to do now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
