Hi,
I received my product with order is ************ on ** May ****, but I received the wrong product. My order was a lehenga but received a pair of black trousers. So, I raised a return request and the return pickup is completed on ** May. AWB number for my return is **************. So, after returning, I received a details mismatch message. I returned the product I got delivered. But I didn't receive my refund. Now I neither have my product nor my refund. My product is missing. I have been trying to reach out to customer support but they are not considering the request instead just mentioning apologies. I have been a valuable member for many years with Mesho but now seeing the customer care responses i really feel Meesho no longer value their customers. Awaiting you people to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
