Myntra - Refund is not receieved

I have placed two orders Order ID # ******* ************** and Order ID # ******* ************** on Oct **th and given cancellation request long back because of delayed delivery. Orders are not cancelled and amount not refunded. The amount is ******. I have logged around *** complaints and the person Vivek from Myntra Escalation team called me multiple times
and keep buying the time saying that he is working with relevant team and there is a technical issue. I called to the seller and seller clearly told that they closed the business with Myntra * months back itself. I don't know how the order is taken in Myntra if the seller does not exist and order status becomes packed, and customer care says unable to cancel because of order is packed.

I have left with only legal way to get my refund amount back.
