Myntra - Refund is not provided

I had returned my three products (* blazers and * pair of shoes) few days back. Myntra agent came and checked the product thoroughly. I returned the products in the same new condition with all the tags intact. Even Myntra agent checked it and confirmed that the products are in new condition with all the tags intact before pickup. Now Myntra is saying that your return has been rejected due to quality issues. They are denying to refund my money even though I have returned the products in new condition with all the tags intact. They are forcing me to keep the products and denying my refund. When their own agent checked the quality of the products while returning the products then how can they reject my return on the basis of quality? I had raised the concern with their team but no resolution. I raised this concern on Twitter also but no resolution so far. Kindly help me to get my refund.
