Voltas - Refund is not issues from Voltas

I purchased *Ton * Stat Split AC from Voltas website on **th March **** but due to some personal reason I had to cancel this product on same day.
Now I am not getting any support from Voltas team.Neither they are receiving my call nor updating me refund status.
Please help me to get my refund.
