I am Vasagamani from chennai ,In Flipkart I ordered Canon Eos ****D dslr Camera Single Kit with **-** Lens (Moto Pulse Escape Bluetooth Headset, **GB Memory Card, Carry Case) on **th October **** using state bank of india debit card emi . For this sbi created loan account for me and issued amount from that account.
Since a loan account has been created for this order I cancelled the order on the same day. So the refund has been initiated on the same day and it was completed on **th October as per the record but I did not get the refund and waited for few days but still not. So I contacted flipkart team and explained that I have not received the refund and after lot of conversation they provided the Transaction Reference Number that ends with xx***. I went to the Bank and verfied with the Manager with reference number given by them but the Manager said that there is no transaction recorded in the transaction history for that reference number. The Manager provided all the transaction related details for both the loan account and savings account with bank seal and Manager signature and they asked me to send all the details to the flipkart.
I sent all the transaction related details to flipkart customer care in pdf format and sent via call back help center process in flipkart portal as well .
Again there are lot of mail chains and conversation and finally the agreed that refund processed on **th October was unsuccessful. so they agreed to reinitiated the refund process and regarding this they requested my Account Number details so I sent my account details on **th january.
On **th january again I called flipkart team to check whether the refund has been initiated or not . I got a response from flipkart the refund process has been started on **th january and it will be credited in * business working days. So I waited till thursday (**th january) and I called them and said still I am not getting the refund wherein I got response like it will be credited to my account by **th **:** PM but no use.
So I called on **th Jan and said still I am not getting the refund for this they sent a mail that the refund was processed on **th Jan and it supposed to be credited to my account by now and also they shared they shared the reference number xx*** to check with Bank.
I was totally shocked here after saw the reference number because the reference number which they shared for **th Jan transaction is same as transaction reference number for **th October transaction.
Here I have question how two transaction has the same reference number xx*** for the transaction processed on the **th October and **th January.
One more question is one mail saying that the refund is processed on **th January and another mail says the transaction was processed on **th January .
See how flipkart is cheating customer for the past four months and because of their insane response I am suffering mentally and financially.
so I need my refund amount with proper compensation for their false information and the time delaying.

Note : Please see the mail chain where they given the same transaction reference number for two transaction as I mentioned above.
