BS filed complaint against Flipkart on Jul 16, 2020
Hi, I bought IFB Elena ZX washing machine from Flipkart on **th June, ****. While installation we noticed the item is defective and initiated replacement on **th June.
From that day we are following with Support team to resolve the issue with Replacement/ Refund the amount.
Its almost a month no process on the same. Simply they are extending the date of resolution time and date in weekly basis.
We fed by calling flipkart support team but No progress.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
