I have ordered two set of suits one kurta and one kurta set on **th of November Order Number : ******** from Zipker app and on **th November I initiated return. Status is still showing Pending in Zipker app and also I mailed them two times and they raised a ticket Ticket ID -****** for my refund on **th November. But the refund is not initiated yet. I again mailed on **th of November but no reply from the customer care. All helpline numbers given in the app are switched off.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
