Zipker.com - Not refunding money

I purchased a dress from zipker.com, March **st ****, which was not worth the money (which was not the same as it is mentioned and also damaged). So, I requested for return and refund which they said they will do but cheating me more than ** days. Their numbers are also not valid and when I reach them via social networks they are blocking me. I kindly request you to take some severe steps. Further, I cross-checked with my friends about this and shocked to hear that they were also been cheated by this seller. After facing this problem, I googled about their service and shocked again that there are so many people like me, who are cheated by this zipker.com. I please request you to solve my problem.
