I have ordered a combo saari set from Shopkio site by order no. SS *********** , received saari quality was not as per our expectations . The border and work on saari is printed and not embroidery work done on it . This type of saari is available in market in approximately *** rupee.
I asked to return it to shopkio ,they said Rs. *** will be deducted against packaging and courier charge. And I have to send it by self.
After they received the saari back ,they asked to purchase another saari form them and not agree to refund in my bank account .
But I want refund in my bank only.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
