Shopkio Shopping Website - Not given refund

First I had ordered * sarees from shopkio that is for prize **** and when I received order the quality of sarees very cheap, then I request mail shopkio to refund me my prize so they replyed they can't refund me in first order but they said I have to ordered another saree and then if I don't like again that product then they can refund my prize ****
So I ordered again saree and when I received another saree the problem was same again quality was cheap so I had mail shopkio that I find product quality cheap so I want refund now so they mailed me they don't have complaint about that product so they can't refund, but I have mail proof from shopkio saying that they will refund me if I have complaint about product again in next order so I mailed shopkio same mail which is proof of their promise mail of refund so they replyed me to wait for ** hours so they can talk with their seniors but after that I have mailed him so many times and I had also msg him o. Messanger but nothing reply from them
Please help me I want my money back
