Chaitra filed complaint against Myflowerapp com on May 30, 2021
I placed order yesterday around *am, hoping the order gets delivered. I got a call at *pm asking me to pay extra money ₹*** as delivery charges and delivered next day. Today I had requested to cancel the order n refund.. Till now they haven't refunded to wallet. There is no such wallet option on their website. They are responding on emails only but no such confirmation about the refund.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
