Gozefo - Refund is not being send yet

Order placed on ** november and aren't refund till * month passed.
Not receiving calls not replying for messages too.
The money is not brought by frauding others it the money of our own hardwork. Shame on you all the zefo team members really !
How much we have requested you and requesting now also if now also some humanity is left in your heart please refund our money as early as possible.
