Gozefo - Item not delivered no refund no communication

We have ordered a sofa on *th Dec to be delivered on **th Dec. After taking the money, there has not been a single communication from their end. We tried to contact them but the only option is email for which we always get a standard template response. They give numbers in the mails, but they never pick up.
