Dear sir,
hathway didnt give new connection after * days of paying online amount **** for * month plan.
I have so many times to them customer care and mailed also.
bt they are neutral for complaints.
Now,when i am rejecting the connection, and asking for refund of my money. they are saying like,it will take ** days.
sir, i want my refund as soon as possible.
