Hathway broadband Hyderabad - Bill paid but account is deactivated

I asked to cancel static IP and the corresponding charges from my account. Even after one month of complaining it is still there and i have to pay extra *** each time. One customer support person told that it has been disabled and so I paid my bill amount but my account is still deactivated. It's been ** days I paid money and * days my account is deactivated and customer support number is no longer working and not sure whom to contact. I raised request in the app * month ago and that ticket is still open
