Savithri Gayathri filed complaint against Medlife on Apr 6, 2020
Ordered medicine vide order no.OR****NGB-***A for an amt of Rs.****.**. I made payment thro card. Out of those medicines I returned two item totalling to Rs.****. They said it is refunded and in my wallet. I requested them to transfer money from wallet to my bank details. On **th march ** their representative spoke to me stating that they initiated refund and will be in acct in next * to * working days. Today ie on *.*.** I spoke to their representative telling him that refund has not reached my acct. He said there was a problem u will get the call from finance dept. I have doubt whether Iheyrefund the amount. Their excuse is Covid ** I do not how far they play with the customers. Can my complaint be looked into and see that I get refund at the earliest
