Jio GigaFiber - Refund has not been done

Hi,

I have paid for JioGigafiber connection to a staff member [G V M kumar phone: +** ********** ] and he has promised the connection within *-* working days .
Later after ** days of struggle , he came in contact and told that there were port issues and connection got cancelled .The refund will be done within ** working days but its more than ** days and there is no clear answer from the Team.

Whenever I call , he will be telling it will be done in * days like that.
NO*********MO is the registration number.
Apart from me , there are two more connections also of my neighbours with same issues .
