i have ordered "Pamper Diaper" from paytm mall . i have not received my order and delivery boy has not even attempted the delivery and he has written that the contact person was not available at shipping address.
i have called the customer care regarding this order and told him about this , he told me to refund the amount but i have not received the refund yet.
I tried so many times to contact these guys through mail and call but these guys are not responding neither in mail nor in call.
I would request to the senior staff of paytm to look into This
