Happyeasego - Refund given by airline but not refunded by Happyeasygo

Booked airasia flight for travel from Mumbai to Delhi for five passengers travel date **th April - since flight was canceled the ticket refund was provided by the airline on *rd April itself and the same was conveyed to me via mail - I have been sending mails to happy easy go since a month now there customer care numbers are never picked up nor do they respond to mails
Request that action be taken against them and there should a resolution the issue
