I had booked flight tickets on MMT mobile app and had taken cancellation protection. Later when more than a week before the trip start date, I cancelled it on the app due to personal reasons. It showed that refund will be processed within a few days. It has now been ** days since I cancelled the trip and even after following up several times with MMT customer service via email, chat, phone. They haven’t been able to refund the money back to me. Today they are again telling me to wait for * months as they are waiting for the airline to refund this to them.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
