In this above order is placed by me through COD Payment mode, before delivery I put return request (no cancel option), same day delivery person came asked me to get my order, I refused at first he called some one through his phone ask flipkart login otp, I asked why ur ask otp he replied want to know current status of my order, finally I paid *** and return the package immediately. The delivery person said ur amount will refunded to wallet. But after some days the amount is reflected to some one account ending with ***.the problem I was fool by wishmaster(ekart logistics sirkali) refund to their account. I failed many compliment against it to flipkart. The resolution said seller completed refund successful.
My first question make complaint against who delivery the product(asked login OTP)
Second one is flipkart not take any complaint against wish master
Make *** times compensation against this problem
