I want to board bus from allahabad and ticket was booked by redbus and after reaching information by enquiry person was that bus is cancelled and there is no A c bus to go lucknow and i have to travel from general bus and even redbus is not helping out to me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
