INDIGO - REFUND FROM INDIGO FLIGHT

Dear sir

My name is B.Radhakishna rao and my family name is B.santoshi was travelling from indigo flight from hyderabad to kuwait
B.Radhakishna rao pnr no **T*SK The ticket was booked make my trip and my family ticket was booked by indigo B.santhoshi Pnr No STB**F Was travelling from hyderabad to mumbai and mumbai to kuwait
but the flight from hyderabad to mumbai was delayed more than *hr and the connected flight from mumbai to kuwait was left
and we ask in help desk they said they are helpless and poor response and I request them plz arrange next flight they are response is no flight further *days
and we call several times to customer care no response
please kindly let me know how can i claim my money back because this was delay from indigo flight and boarding pass was issued both ways
please let me know how can i claim .
please support this issue and information plz how can i claim
