S V Ramakrishnan filed complaint against Airtel on Mar 22, 2023
On March * paid rs *** for prepaid ********** for my wife thru icici digital. Airtel said amount no recd. paid again on March * thru debit card. Amount deducted by icici on both days. Bank wants a note from Airtel confirmation airtel no recd amount on March before taking action to re credit my account. Not able to reach Airtel anyway. Written to their Grivance. No response. Airtel must return if recd twice rs *** or tell me they have not recd it so I could reach my bank.
