Simplilearn - Refund fraudulent Haressment

Hi Team,
Please provide me justice. I'm very much depressed with Simplilearn. They promised me that I will be getting the refund amount as mentioned but my bank dint receive the amount. When I checked the same on my portal it said "refund completed" but in the backend nothing actually happened. I came to know about this by seeing my loan account being "active" and received legal notice from my bank. I have been harrased multiple times by the Simplilearn team. No proper response from the very beginning till now. I would need the refund and also they should pay me with money for the amount of tortures they gave me.
