Flipkart.com - Refund Fraud

I had ordered * toys to b e delivered in Chandigarh as somebody's birthday gift.
I paid a total of Rs **** on Dec *, **** using a Credit Card.
Due to some system error on Flipkart.com 's end, they cancelled the order of one toy which was worth Rs **** and emailed me that Refund will be made.

My relatives in Chandigarh then received two items, out of which one (worth Rs ***) was completely wrong product. I was not what I had ordered. So I requested for its return and Refund.

To all my requests for Refund, Flipkart is vaguely answering that Refund has already been made on Dec *, **** on some hdfc debit Card. I have corrected them so many times that I never used any hdfc debit card for making payment at Flipkart.com. Instead I had used a Credit Card of some other Bank.

But they just reply back to check with hdfc grievance cell and not with Flipkart.com. This all makes no sense as my mode of payment was a Credit Card from some other bank. Then how can they tell me to go and check with some superficial hdfc debit card.

With such replies from their end, it is clear that it is a big Fraud and they have no intentions to return my money.

I have not received any refund till date.
Flipkart.com needs to refund me a total of Rs **** (Rs **** + Rs ***)

I have no idea what hdfc debit card are they talking about? I also gave them the option to send a cheque to the same shipping address instead, if they are unable to refund my money online on my credit card.
But they just reply blindly about some hdfc debit card.

Its been a very pathetic experience with flipkart.com. They are such a big Frauds.
