Jio mart Reliance Industries Ltd - Refund FRAUD JIOMART

Reliance JIO Mart is a fraudulent service:
Their Modus operandi:
*) I placed one order of **** rs worth on **th Sep. They devided this order in * groups as per their convenience. Delivery was scheduled bon **st.
*) On **st delivery was rescheduled on **rd and **th (original order lost)
*) on **th i call to check status and to cancel as * days there was no delivery for groceries. Support said they can't cancel, but i can deny the order on door step and i will get refund
*) On **th delivery person calls and i deny the delivery and also deny to give OTP. Ismail Patel delivery person threatens me and forces me to give OTP and forces me take delivery. I deny and do not give OTP.
*) Next thing i see order shows delivered on app. I callback and rep has no clue and they say that they will take complaint and it will be resolved in ** hours. I ask for supervisor and it is denied
*) i callback next day to check. Next fraid rep says earlier tech reported delivery boy behaviour issue, but did not process cancellation.again new complaint was raised, wait ** hours.
*) again i call rep ** hours and another FRAUD REP said refund is in progress. But it is not. My order still shows delivered, when it is not.
NEVER BUY RELIANCE JIO MART. ITS A SCAM.
