Hi, I have purchased Philips LED TV on May-*th-**** with * years warranty. But suddenly my TV display is not working and i raised a compliant with Philips TV customer care which is under warranty and the service person visited home and confirmed that i will get a replacement or refund. Then i spoke with the sales manager and he agreed to provide a refund of **% as per their terms after handing over the set to the stated service center. i took the TV in cab by paying ****rs and handed over the set on **th April-****. They told in ** working days i will get the refund but its been more than ** days but i didn't received the refund yet. there is no response in email remainders or whats app messages from them also. i am planning to purchase a new TV after getting this refund. please help me on this to get refund immediately as i am facing severe issues with Philips. thank you
