I was trying to book a flight ticket from Manama to Kozhikode. But the ticket was not booked even after making the payment. Money has got deducted from the account (Rs. *****/-). I have contacted make my trip multiple times. I have the recording of * different advice saying different things. Initially, they said it is going to take * days and later mentioned it as ** days. Every time I register the issue I get a message saying your issue has been resolved and it is closed.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
