On * June ****, I purchased three services from the company after paying the full amount upfront:

Private Limited Company Registration and Compliance

FSSAI License

Startup India Certificate

The company required advance payment before initiating these services. However, after conducting my own research, I realized that these services were not required for my business at this stage. I immediately contacted the company and requested cancellation of the services along with a full refund.

My refund request was rejected solely on the grounds that their internal policy does not allow refunds if a customer changes their mind after making the payment. Despite this, I continued to escalate the matter through multiple emails and discussions with several customer support representatives.

After several days of follow-ups, the company agreed to convert the amount I had paid into other equivalent services instead of issuing a refund. Although this was not my preferred solution, I accepted it in good faith to resolve the matter and move forward with my business.

Unfortunately, even after this mutual agreement, the company failed to provide the replacement services. None of the agreed services have been initiated or completed. Every time I received a call from a different representative, I was forced to explain the entire issue from the beginning because there was no proper coordination or ownership of my case. My repeated emails and follow-ups have not resulted in any meaningful action or resolution.

It has now been almost two months since my payment, and despite making the full payment upfront, I have received neither the original services, nor the agreed replacement services, nor a refund. The company has continuously delayed the matter while ignoring the core issue raised by me.

Due to these unnecessary delays, I have suffered significant inconvenience, mental stress, and financial loss. Most importantly, I had to postpone the launch of my mushroom farming business by nearly two months because of the uncertainty created by the company's failure to resolve my case.

I have sent multiple written notices and emails requesting a clear resolution, but none of my concerns have been properly addressed. Instead, my complaints have been repeatedly disregarded, and no effective support has been provided.

In view of the company's failure to deliver the promised services within a reasonable time, failure to honour the mutually agreed replacement of services, and continued deficiency in service, I no longer wish to continue with them.

Relief Sought:

A full refund of the entire amount paid for all three services.

Compensation for the unnecessary delay, mental harassment, and inconvenience caused due to the company's negligence and deficiency in service.

Any other relief deemed appropriate by the consumer forum
