Online Legal India by FASTINFO LEGAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED - Refund not receive Fraud and Cheating by Online Legal India FastInfo Legal Services Pvt Ltd Collecte

I, Shaun Sunil, was approached by Online Legal India (FastInfo Legal Services Pvt. Ltd.) for Private Limited Company Registration. Their representatives called me repeatedly and aggressively to collect payment. I paid ₹**** + GST (Total ₹****) on **-**-**** vide Invoice No. FILS-U-****-***, Registration No. OLI**************.
After collecting the payment, they demanded an additional ₹**,*** as extra charges which were never disclosed to me before or at the time of payment. This is a clear case of hidden charges and misleading sales practice.
When I refused to pay the extra amount and requested a refund of my ₹****, they completely stopped responding to my calls and messages. They have neither delivered the service nor refunded my money.
I have the original invoice as documentary proof. The company's own trademark applications (Application Numbers *******, *******, *******) have been REFUSED by IP India, yet they continue to operate and collect money from customers.
I request strict action against FastInfo Legal Services Pvt. Ltd. and a full refund of ₹**** along with appropriate compensation for mental harassment and unfair trade practices.
