Shein.com - Refund for returned item

First i received my item late from the assured time now when i have returned the item they are starting that they have received the incorrect item. When the delivery came to receive the item he has personally check all the three item and it was also in the transparent Polly bag. If i was aware of this fraud company i would have never make the payment prior. It is really harrassment the whole process is in hold from almost * month. They should understand we have not courier the item personally it was picked up by there courier boy and they took my sign on receiving. Its totally a fraud company.
