SHRUTI SHAHA filed complaint against Meesho on Apr 20, 2023
This is regarding my order of * dresses of * different sizes bearing Sub Order ID ************_*, Sub Order ID ************_* and Sub Order ID ************_*. Upon reciept of the garment, they were found to be of cheap quality and therefore were returned.Since all * orders came together,they were also returned together. .
While the refund for _* and _* have been done, refund for _* is still pending . Meesho has refused to refund my money despite of the fact that they already got back their * products. Delivery partner is their exclusive tie up and does not pertain to customer.
Same has been raised many times already since March *rd. They earlier intimated vide their mail dated **th April they accknowledge their mistake and shall be rfunding my money in *-* days. Today again a mail has come stating that pls ignore all earlier committments, we shall NOT be refunding.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
