I ordered in error and cancelled immediately last Sunday **-Sep. But Pizza Hut is misleading me everytime I call saying it will take *-* days, * days, now ** days. The staff is the most pathetic (Chaman, Store Manager, Cybercity) including the call centre staff. pizza hut still owes me rupees ****.** but is not interested to refund it and making me call everyday. A bunch of thieves you all are at pizza hut. My order id: ************. I did not have your pizza and you are making me run after you for my money. Misbehaving staff with only intent of looting and misleading customers. Will recommend everyone to not order from pizza hut as they treat customers like crap and are only interesting in robbing them of their money.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
