Dominos Pizza - Refund for Payment deducted multiple times on a single order

I had placed an order from Dominos App (Mulund West Store, Mumbai ) on **th May.
Order No ***.
I first tried paying through Debit Card which did not go through. App showed "Something Went Wrong". I was taken back to the payment page. Here I selected Net Banking for the second time. However the same incidents repeated and the payment did not go through. Finally I processed the order using Cash on delivery.
My bank account has been debited twice (for Netbanking and debit card ) out of which only one payment has been refunded.

It has been four months now I have been following up with Dominos (Help Line and Store) for refund. They have been constantly saying its an IT issue since they are not able to see the order.

This indeed seems to be a lie since the previous store manager had shared screenshots of their system where the order is displayed .

Need help to resolve this.
