I have booked hotel lalit palace, Nainital for vacation with my family. I received the hotel voucher after three hours of booking. Due to that I didn't check the hotel address i just checked the name.
But last day when i check the hotel address then i found that hotel was not in Nainital i tried to connect the support using whatsapp. But they are unable to help me. I have attached all the screenshots for reference. Please refund my money.
They have spoiled my vacation
